The Transfer-on-Death form and the process of registering the notarized form with the Ozaukee County Deeds office was streamlined and inexpensive. I was amazed at how simple the whole process was. -

So simple to use. The only thing that could have been better is knowing exactly what goes on the property information. A snapshot of what is needed would be great - either way, there was someone at the courthouse to help file it with the city Register of Deeds. Better than paying an attorney to draft a one page document
