Want to know more? Here’s a closer look at what you can do with Quicken WillMaker Plus:

    • Will: The heart of every estate plan is a will, also known as a last will and testament. This legal document puts you in control of who inherits your property and who would take care of your children if it were ever necessary. Without a will, state law determines these issues. Your will also allows you to name an executor (sometimes called a “personal representative”) to carry out our wishes. And you can appoint a trusted person to manage property left to young people. With Quicken WillMaker Plus, you can revise and update your will whenever you like.

Also, use Quicken WillMaker Plus 2019 to give your executor authority over your digital assets, including social media accounts, online banking and more.

    • Health Care Directive: Spare your loved ones difficult decisions by laying out your wishes for medical care and naming someone to carry out your instructions:

      • Health Care Power of Attorney: Name a trusted person (your "health care agent") to make important medical decisions for you if necessary.
      • Living Will: State what types of medical treatment you do or do not want if you are too ill or injured to direct your own care. Your health care providers must do all they can to follow your wishes.
    • Durable Power of Attorney for Finances: A durable power of attorney ensures that someone you trust (called your "agent" or "attorney-in-fact") will be on hand to manage the many practical, financial tasks that will arise if you become incapacitated. For example, bills must be paid, bank deposits must be made and someone must handle insurance and benefits paperwork. In most cases, a durable power of attorney for finances is the best way to take care of tasks like these. You can also give your attorney-in-fact authority over your digital assets.

    • Documents for Your Executor: Make sure your executor has all the forms and instructions necessary to do the job: checklists, letters, notices and claim forms.

    • Final Arrangements: Plan a funeral or other ceremony and ease the burden on your loved ones. Describe your preferences for burial, cremation, memorials, obituaries and more.

    • Information for Caregivers and Survivors: Organize your information so that your survivors don't have to. Use these documents to give them details about everything from bank accounts, to passwords, to the names of people you'd like contacted in the event of your illness or death.

    • Letter to Survivors: Use the Letter to Survivors to leave your loved ones detailed explanations about your decisions. For example, you may want to let them know why you made certain gifts or named a particular person to be your executor. You can also use your letter to leave some general thoughts about your life.

    • Living Trust: Ensure that your property bypasses lengthy and expensive probate proceedings.

    • Personal Finance Documents: Over a dozen forms let you handle common financial situations, such as lending or borrowing money between friends or family, creating a bill of sale, and closing a credit card account.

    • Home & Family Documents: Practical forms you can use every day to help run your home and keep your family safe, including authorizations and agreements, promissory notes, limited powers of attorney, and child and elder care forms.

*Estate planning documents not valid in Louisiana, U.S. Territories or Canada.

5-Star Rating by Allen K.
My 5-star rating should say enough for your records. (Posted on 7/18/2019)

WillMaker Plus Rocks! by Christopher L.
An absolute gem! I used Quicken software a long time ago, and was most disappointed by its complexity. This Quicken product is anything but complex! The entire process is very simple, well-explained, and guides users through the entire process. I might very need to make some edits to the end products once I make contact with a lawyer, but this software ensures that those edits will be minors ones. Thanks, Quicken, for making a superb piece of software! (Posted on 7/15/2019)

Review by Leila H.
Great so far! (Posted on 6/20/2019)

GREAT PRODUCT! by Sarah S.
Recommended to us by a lawyer who we contacted for Estate Planning. She advised us our paperwork was easy enough we could do it ourselves and directed us to NOLO. Super impressed with her for doing that and very happy with the guidance--this software was completely user friendly, walking you through, step by step. I thought it would take a while to complete but we finished all our documents in a couple hours. Very happy with the purchase! (Posted on 5/20/2019)

Thorough but not Flexible by Thomas S.
Thorough software however flexibility to move between various individuals is challenging. Each person's file should be available by going to File then Open. That is not the case. Need simpler interface for listing of personal possessions. Software needs an interface to get some help with pricing of valuables. (Posted on 4/23/2019)

This was exactly what I was looking for by Delvin N.
I think this is a great product. It might have been a little difficult for me to navigate, but that's just me, once you figured it out things were fine Thanks (Posted on 4/16/2019)

5 gold stars + by Jacqueline W.
I have fretted about spending the money with an attorney to make out my will for the last 2 years. Nolo's WillMaker is incredible. Easy to use, understand it guides you right through and puts together a complete final product. Would highly recommend - incredible! (Posted on 3/6/2019)

Continued User by Donald H.
Updated an earlier version. Same friendly interface and helps. Great product. (Posted on 2/12/2019)

Outstanding! by Jamie K
I highly recommend WillMaker to complete your will as it asks you all the right questions. Also, it has excellent reference documents to help you make the right decisions. (Posted on 2/9/2019)

Great solution for a simple estate. Saved us over $3000 (That's what the attorney I spoke with wanted to charge.) by Ivan A.
WillMaker did for my estate planning what TurboTax has done for my taxes.... It allowed me to replace the expensive services of a professional with my own time by answering interview style questions to create exactly what I need. Highly recommended for anyone with simple estate planning to do. (We do not have children, did not set up a Living Trust, and do not have any real complexities in our situation. Your mileage may vary.) (Posted on 1/22/2019)

Is as titled. by John B.
I really appreciate the methodology behind this product. WillMaker does not present forms to fill out, but rather asks questions that lead to a document. We spent significant time planning and had our information in hand, which really helps. Make certain to use the help files if some question isn't understood. (Posted on 1/17/2019)

Just what I was looking for by Carl S.
I checked out a few online will maker sites. They're fine for very simple wills, I suppose, but I found Quicken WillMaker a lot more comprehensive and, most important, reassuring. While I'm not a lawyer, it just seemed that WillMaker covered all the legal bases, without a lot of jargon. I especially liked that it can be keyed to your state of residence, and that any legal documents it produces will comport to state requirements. The three books included in the program, especially the Legal Manual, were especially useful in helping guide me through the issues I needed to resolve. And in the few cases where I still had questions, I found the online help very responsive. This program is a model of its kind. (Posted on 1/4/2019)

Very good and easy to use software by Tony L.
Very easy and versatile product. I like the step-by-step guidance. Gives me peace of mind. (Posted on 12/28/2018)

Limited flexibility by Michael M.
I guess I had a different expectation but I wanted more freedom to put contingencies into the main will. They basically forced me to do that in a 'letter' to be included with the will. All I really defined was the inheritance players which it seems could be done in a simple paragraph. (Posted on 12/14/2018)

Good value for the money by John M.
Very easy to make wills and other important legal documents (Posted on 12/11/2018)

Review by Warren B.
Easy to use, why not include social security number with the names plus DOB (Posted on 12/9/2018)

Very good for the do-it-yourself'er by Vino D.
Great and necessary product for getting your affairs in order.
Covers everything you could think of and saves the expense of an attorney. (Posted on 12/6/2018)

Great Software, some minor problems by Jay L.
Great software. I had to update from old version(PC)2014 to new 2019 version (IOS) Had some problems, but Tech Support helped out.

Only problem now is whenI open the software it wants to start a new document and won't automatically open the old file unless I search My Documentments to find it. (Posted on 11/16/2018)

Review by Chris Y.
I’m very happy with your program, I do have 1 suggestion. On each page where you leave something to someone it should have room for a paragraph about what your intentions are for that person (Posted on 11/14/2018)

Owning this product before and using it makes working with it much easier. by Edward J Rollberg Sr.
Although I have not had a chance to complete all of my information into my will I find working with the product before like it works easy. (Posted on 11/14/2018)

Good, with one exception by C R.
Found this easy to use for my situation, an uncomplicated estate.

A drawback found is that a beneficiary has a Mandarin middle name, and when I entered that into the questionnaire, it translated into two question marks in the will (??). Had to delete the middle name from the questionnaire to make those question marks disappear. (Posted on 11/12/2018)

Review by KERRY V.
WAS EASY TO USE AND THE EXTRA FORMS WERE USEFUL. (Posted on 10/18/2018)

Satisfied Customer by Brenda P.
I really love your software. It was easy to use and lets me update documents as needed. I am glad I made the purchase. (Posted on 10/8/2018)

Very Satisfied Customer by Keith G.
Well-organized and easy to use. If you’ve used TurboTax, you’ll feel right at home with the layout. It provides a step-by-step guide to preparing your entire estate plan. I used it to create a will, living trust, advanced health care directive and power-of-attorney for finances. My situation was quite straightforward so I can’t say how appropriate it would be for complex conditions. I’m very happy with my purchase: for less than $100, I was able to produce documentation that would have cost at least $1000 through an attorney. (Posted on 10/5/2018)

Great software. by Michael O.
I am very pleased with the software. It is user friendly and simple to use. I highly recommend it. (Posted on 10/4/2018)

Worked great! by Michael M.
Forms and information were very comprehensive, easy to use. I definitely would reccommend Willmaker plus. (Posted on 10/4/2018)

Excellent Product by Barbara D.
Thorough. Easy to use. A few quibbles--would like to see the ability to modify certain items, but essentially no problems. Highly recommended. (Posted on 9/26/2018)

Walks you through it and makes it easy by Charlotte
Quicken WillMaker Plus 2019 is better than the previous versions we had but never completed. I am glad they took out one part that I didn't like and inserted more options for contingencies so that if your guardian predeceases you, the will has built-in backups so you don't have to redo your will. I like the explanations of what to do and why to do it that way and I like the Self-Approving part of the will. We had earlier versions of this program, but put it off. I am so glad we finally did it. It was really easy and I like the way the program walks you through it. (Posted on 9/23/2018)
